Lost & Found
IVT ACCESS makes every reasonable attempt to return found property to its rightful owner. If you have lost an item, contact IVT ACCESS at least 24 hours after the loss by telephone at 760-482-2908 to see if we have found it. Be prepared to identify and describe the article completely.
Lost and found articles may be picked up between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the IVT ACCESS offices by appointment.
Persons claiming lost property must present proper identification and sign for returned items. Most items found will be kept for 30 days. If unclaimed, items will be donated to local charity. IVT ACCESS, ICTC, its member agencies or First Transit are not responsible for items lost on IVT ACCESS buses or at its facilities.
